WARRANTY POLICY

Howard fingerprint lock is a unit specializing in providing genuine Howard smart door locks, round levers, levers, and round knobs. Therefore, when purchasing, customers will be taken care of and enjoy the warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

During use, if you encounter any technical problems, you can contact the Howard Fingerprint Lock Warranty Department directly for support.

  I. Cases covered by free warranty:

- Product warranty is: to overcome failures and technical problems caused by the manufacturer's fault

- Products are still within the warranty period calculated from the date of delivery with the duration of each product listed on the website: khovantayhoward.com

- There is a purchase receipt saved in the Howard Fingerprint Lock system.

- Warranty products will comply with each manufacturer's warranty regulations for technical problems

- For defective products caused by the manufacturer, the company will replace them within the warranty period.

II. Cases are not covered by warranty

- The product has exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty card or lost the warranty card

- The product cannot provide a purchase invoice.

  - The product is damaged due to incorrectly plugged in to the power source, electrical short circuit in the house, natural disaster, fire...

- The product is penetrated by water or other chemicals.

- The product is dropped or subjected to strong impacts that distort or break the outer surface and damage internal components.

- The product is damaged by insects or animals...

- Customers arbitrarily disassemble or interfere with the product before sending it to the warranty center.

- Customers arbitrarily upload roms, install wrong software, interfere with software....

- Machine accessory products such as connection cables, power sources, and controls are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

- For products whose warranty has expired, we will support customers in repairing at preferential costs or support customers in purchasing newer product lines.

III. Process of receiving warranty inspection and returning warranty

- Case 1: The technical department receives a check on the machine's condition and errors. If you encounter a manufacturer error and the error can be fixed immediately or the manufacturer requires a new device, you can wait to receive the return immediately.

- Case 2: The technical department checks the condition of the machine and its errors. If the error is still not detected, or the error is serious, we will take it back for inspection and make an appointment to return the warranty to you within 10 days (except Sundays and holidays).

- Case 3: If the warranty machine has an error that is within the regulations of having to exchange a new machine for you, but that machine type is out of stock or that machine is no longer produced, we will agree to exchange for another compatible machine. equivalent in configuration, features, and price for you.
